WHAT IS STREITWISE?
Streitwise is a real estate investment company that facilitates investment in commercial real estate properties through federally registered offerings on an online platform. With Streitwise, both accredited and non-accredited investors can access a professionally managed portfolio of real estate assets and earn passive income.

SW Manager, LLC, operating as “Streitwise,” (“Manager”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary controlled by Tryperion Partners, LLC (our “Sponsor”). Manager serves as the external manager and advisor of 1st Streit Office Inc. (“1st Streit Office”) and 1st Streit Office Operating Partnership LP (our “Operating Partnership” and, collectively with 1st Streit Office, “Our Current Offering”). 1st Streit Office acts as the sole general partner of our Operating Partnership, which will house all our assets and conduct most operations. When mentioned as “Streitwise,” it encompasses Manager, 1st Streit Office, the Operating Partnership, or their affiliates (together, the “Streitwise Entities”).
